Game Dev Story+
At some point, every game fan has thought about making their own game, and Game Dev Story helps fulfill this just a little. Taking control of your own game company, you will manage projects, hire and fire staff, and try to pump out the next triple-A hit.
Each staff member you hire has their own profession, but if you choose you can take your sound engineer and make him an artist to help develop their skills. When you get a bit further, you can even develop your own games console, and end the console war once and for all.
Goat Simulator+
If you are looking for a deep game with a riveting story, it is not this. Goat Simulator set the benchmark for good old-fashioned silliness. There is no story and hardly any objectives, you simply take control of a goat and go on a rampage. It is ridiculous but is immensely good fun.
You can do everything a normal goat can do; destroy cars, jump on trampolines, or terrorize the good city folk. The goat's tongue is remarkably sticky, with anything you lick getting stuck to you and allowing you to wreak havoc with whatever object or human unlucky enough to be in front of you. It is an utterly ridiculous game, and it is glorious.
Construction Simulator 2+
If you've ever wondered what it would be like to pilot a crane, you're in luck. Construction Simulator 2 has over 40 licensed construction vehicles for you to try your hand with. Caterpillar, Mack Trucks, Atlas, and more all contribute their equipment for you to enjoy.
Starting from the bottom, you will eventually start your own construction company, putting in the effort to build it up to one of the United States' best. Jobs such as repairing roads, building new homes, and mending canals are all up for grabs. As far as realism goes, this is one of the gold standards.
Pocket Build+
If you have ever wanted to be a god, Pocket Build is the game for you. The options available to make your own little world are quite expansive. From farms to castles to cities, you can pick a project and make it. There are frequent updates adding new items, so the options will keep growing.
After you create your world, you are able to command those who live in it to do a variety of tasks for that full god complex experience. Another plus is that the building is instant, so you won't need to sit around waiting for that bridge to finish before moving on.
Farm It!
If you are looking for something to relax to, you could be a lot worse than Farm It! With its cute cartoony style and a permanent virtual pet tagging along with you, it is incredibly easy to just melt into this casual farming sim.
With easy swipe-and-click mechanics, you choose what seeds you want to plant, collect the product and then send it off to market. You can even take part in some animal husbandry and fishing if you wish, or even decorate different rooms in your farmhouse. There are a lot of choices, but all of it is wonderful to wind down with.
